Ingredients:
450 gr beef
1 slice of Bombay
1 scallion sliced
1 tsp sesame
Sauce Ingredients:
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
6 tbsp water
3 cloves of grated garlic
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp broth powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sesame
Bertolli Classico olive oil @bertolli.id for frying
How to make:
– Cut the meat into pieces then marinate the meat with the sauce ingredients, mix well.
– Leave for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator with a closed container.
– Pour enough Bertolli Classico oil
– Saute onion until fragrant.
– Add the marinated meat and cook until the meat is cooked and the sauce thickens.
– Lastly, sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve.
