This time, Receipt will present a Bite Size Spaghetti Bolognese recipe from the @dish.and.delight Instagram account that uses several international quality products from ksgfood.

Do you know that October 25th is celebrated as World Pasta Day? To celebrate, I made spaghetti bolognese with a unique look, which is bite size spaghetti bolognese in nori cups. It’s a fun way to eat!

I used spaghetti and bolognese sauce from my favorite brand, Barilla. You know, Barilla is one of the number 1 sauce and pasta producers in Italy! Barilla bolognese sauce is made from 100% real tomatoes, no preservatives, sugar-free, and uses quality ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 serving of Barilla spaghetti
1/2 bottle of Barilla bolognese sauce
1 onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp butter
150 gr ground beef
2 nori sheets
2 slices of cheese
Parsley

How to make:
1. Cook Barilla Spaghetti until aldente. Drain.
2. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add butter and melt.
3. Add minced beef, cook until meat is cooked.
4. Add Barilla bolognese sauce. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
5. Cut the nori into 4 pieces.
6. Put nori, spaghetti bolognese, cheese and parsley in the holes of the muffin tin.
7. Bake for 5 minutes at 150°C to stiffen the nori.
