CREAMY GARLIC DIJON CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1/2 kg chicken fillet
Jays indonesian salt
Jays black pepper
Bertolli Spray Extra Light
5 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp flour
Heinz chicken broth
1-2 tbsp French’s dijon mustard
heavy cream
Jays parsley
1/2 tbsp lemon zest
baby chickpeas
thinly sliced imperial champignons mushroom
Cirio chick peas 410 gr

1. Marinated chicken fillet with 1 1/2 tbsp salt, black pepper
2. Spray Bertolli Extra Light then add the chicken fillet until cooked and remove from heat.
3. Spray Bertolli Extralight, saute 2 cloves of minced garlic then cook imperial champignon, chickpeas, cirio chick peas, add salt to taste then cook for a while and remove from heat.
4. Spray Bertolli Extra Light, saute 3 cloves of minced garlic until fragrant, then add flour and stir, then pour 250 ml of Heinz chicken broth.
5. Add 1-2 tbsp french’s dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 jays blakpepper and stir, and add 3 tbsp heavy cream, and stir.
6. Add the jays parsley and lemon zest to the broth mixture and stir then let it rest.
7. Arrange the chickpeas and chick peas as the base, then place the cooked chicken fillet on top and drizzle with dijon mustard sauce.
8. Sprinkle chopped celery leaves on top.
