GURAME SAYUR ASIN SOUP

A solution for those of you who only eat Gurame in fried and grilled form, you must try this recipe!
Salted Gurame Vegetable Soup, the flavor is warm and refreshing, perfect for this weather ~

Ingredients:
– 1 carp, cut and marinated with salt and lime.
After that, fry with Bertolli Classico until cooked.
– 250 ml Ultra milk
– 1 salted vegetable stalk, cut into medium pieces
– 1 white tofu, cut to taste
– 1 radish, cut into medium pieces and boiled until tender
– 3 Garlic, crushed
– 1 onion, diced
– Ginger, thinly sliced
– 1 tomato, cut into 4 pieces
– 6 red chilies, sliced
– Leek to taste, medium sliced
– Celery leaves to taste, cut into medium pieces
– 250 ml Heinz Chicken Broth (2)
– 2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp sugar
– 2 tsp soy sauce
– 2 tsp flavoring

How to make:
1. Saute the chopped garlic, onion, and ginger.
2. Add Heinz Chicken broth
3. Add radish, tofu, and salted vegetables
4. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and flavoring little by little.
5. Taste test
6. If it’s good, add the fried carp.
7. Then add celery, and turn off the stove.
8. Garnish with green onion
9. Gurame soup is ready to serve
