Today is world’s day pasta October 25, 2023. While remembering pasta, actually if the cooking method and recipe are set, pasta / spaghetti can be a healthy diet food. Spaghetti has a low glycemic index so it helps balance blood sugar levels, so the body can store energy longer than rice and reduce hunger.

♻️Tips =
1. Spaghetti should be cooked aldente, not mushy.
2. Make sure the protein is low in fat
3. Don’t need too much cheese, just replace it with olive oil like in the video 4.

🍝 Healthy spaghetti recipe
For 2 servings
130 grams Barilla spaghetti @ksgfood then boiled
Boiling water
Salt
No need to add oil when boiling

🍝Sauce ingredients
200 gram low fat beef
½ onion
3 garlic cloves finely chopped
40 grams carrot, cut into small cubes
¾ bottle pasta sauce Barilla Bolognese Sauce
100 ml water
¼ tsp thyme powder
½ tsp oregano
(I skip thyme and oregano, and the sauce still tastes good)
Salt, mushroom stock, sugar for flavor correction

Olive oil for drizzle at the end,
There’s already a good healthy fat. You don’t have to use cheese
