Sup Daging Kacang Merah

Red Bean Meat Soup from @mrs.wijaya

Ingredients :
– 1.5 liters of beef stock
– Lily Flower Corn Oil
– 500 gr beef lattice / shank that has been boiled, tender and cut into pieces
– 2 pcs carrots cut into 2

– 1 can of Cirio Red Kidney
– 15 whole green chilies
– 2 sliced ​​green tomatoes
– 1 large red tomato, sliced
– 1 scallion, sliced
– 1 stalk celery, sliced
– Fried onions to taste
– Lemon juice to taste

Spice:
– 3 cloves of garlic crushed
– 5 cloves of finely chopped onion
– 2 cloves
– 1/4 pala geprek
– 1 tsp White Pepper Ground
– Salt & mushroom seasoning to taste
– A pinch of sugar

How to make :
1. Bring the beef stock to a boil
2. Heat the Lily Flower Corn Oil to taste, stir-fry the spices until fragrant then add it to the broth
3. Enter the meat, carrots, Cirio Red Kidney which has been rinsed with water, cook for a while until the carrots are wilted
4. Add the tomato duo, celery onion, stir, taste correction. Simmer for a while, remove.
5. Sprinkle fried onions and lime juice on top, serve warm.
