Ingredients :
500 gr squid, wash and cut according to taste
100 gr chickpeas, cut into slices
3 tbsp Heinz Apple Cider Cinegar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ground beef broth
1 tsp white pepper powder
Slice Seasoning:
1/2 onion
3 red onions
2 garlics
2 curly red chilies
5 – 7 cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
How to cook :
1. Marinate the squid with Heinz apple cider vinegar and salt for 5 – 15 minutes.
2. Saute the spices until fragrant. Add chickpeas, stir until slightly wilted.
3. Add the marinated squid (no need to add water from the marinade).
Stir well.
4. Add beef stock and ground pepper. Correction taste.
Remove and serve with warm rice.
