GOHYONG
This is what makes it taste even better because it uses Thai Dancer Spring Roll Chili Sauce for the dipping saucešāØ
Ingredients:
250 gr chicken fillet then chopper
3 minced garlic cloves
2 stalks spring onion
1 tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mushroom stock
1/2 tsp Jays Chinese five spice ngohiong powder
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients above
2. then prepare the spring roll skin
3. put the ingredients into the spring roll skin in the center area, trim the sides and roll it up to cover all the ingredients
4. Put it in the refrigerator for +- 20 minutes so that the texture is a little solid
5. Then cut the gohyong according to taste
6. Heat Lily Flower Corn Oil for healthier frying, and fry the gohyong until golden brown then remove from heat.
7. Serve the gohyong with Thai Dancer Spring Roll Chili Sauce.
